I’m used to having great hot pot options like Haidilao and Mumu Hot Pot nearby, so my standards are pretty high. While visiting friends and family, I was craving hot pot and decided to give this place a try- and it did not disappoint. It’s easily the closest thing in the valley to what I’m used to. One thing I really liked is how they serve smaller portions (usually 2–3 pieces per order), which helps avoid wasting food and lets you try more items. The staff is very attentive, so it’s easy to keep ordering as you go. There’s a buffet table where you can mix your own sauce, and have little snacks/ desserts. My go to sauce is: garlic, green onion, cilantro, ponzu, and thai chili (but they don’t have fresh chilis so I used chili oil instead) Service really stood out during our visit- our server Marcos was fantastic. He checked in often, brought anything we needed right away, and even showed us how to adjust the grill and soup temperature. Overall, a great experience, and I can definitely see us coming back here regularly.
Service at first was taking a while. We got seated and for 10 minutes, we still didn’t have anyone come over and ask us for our drink choice. I went up the the hosts and the nice Asian lady ended up getting our drinks and our order. Our server ended up coming with our food and she was really nice and checked up on us very often. I was pleased over all and the food is SOO DELICIOUS.
I took my daughter here for lunch. The waiter explained the menu pretty good and helped us along in the ordering process. Went to make sauces and another worker was great. Explained the sauces and even brought me a sauce he made to try. Food came and the food was really good. Miso Hotpot with beef and chicken BBQ was steak and bulgogi
